Three good reasons to show up.

Get unstuck

Ask in #help about anything: opening a place, connecting Roblox, exporting, shortcuts. No question is too small.

Shape what's next

Tell us what's missing from your workflow. The roadmap moves based on what creators actually need.

Show your builds

Made something with a template or the Toolbox? Share a screenshot. We love seeing what people make.

Found a bug? Great, thank you.

Baseplate is in early development, so you will find rough edges. A good report gets fixed fast. Post it in #bug-reports with:

  1. Your Baseplate version (it's on the Home screen) and your Windows version.
  2. What you did, step by step, so we can make it happen too.
  3. What you expected, and what actually happened.
  4. A screenshot or short clip if you can. The Output panel is useful too.
  5. Roughly how big the place is if it's about opening or exporting a Studio file.

Keep your games private. Don't post your own .rbxl files or API keys in public channels. If we need a file to reproduce a bug, we'll ask you to send it privately.

Be kind. Build cool stuff.

Be nice

Lots of creators are young or just starting out. Help people the way you'd want to be helped.

Only share what's yours

No stolen assets, leaked games, exploits or cheats.

Follow Roblox's rules too

Baseplate is an independent project, not part of Roblox, but anything you publish to Roblox still has to follow their Terms of Use.
